Commission from the seller is 3% of the total amount the property sale price
Commission from the buyer is 1% of the total amount of the purchase price of the property
Renting property
Renting period: 7 Months – 12 Months
Commission from the owner: 100% of one month rent
Commission from the client: 50% of one month rent
Renting period: 13 Months – 24 Months

General Director of DREAM ALBANIA Real Estate & Tour Mr. Elvis Lekaj, have finished Master in Business Administration and bachelor degree in Business Administration. Speaks fluently English, Turkish, Italian and intermediate level German. Have a long experience in the sector of Tourism and Real Estate. From 2006 started working in Istanbul and Antalya as tour guide. After two years come in the position of Incoming Manager for Albanian tourists coming from Tirana to Antalya. In 2012 begin operating also in the Real Estate sector as a Realtor Agent, rapidly increase in position becoming office manager. In 2015 he opened his company operating in Real Estate and Tourism sectors.
